We are growing and need additional Neighborhood Canvassers to join our Survey Assessment and Inspection Team. Headquartered in Columbus, OH with aggressive expansion plans, we need driven, motivated teammates to hit our goals together. With 10+ years of combined experience in home improvement, you'll be learning to succeed from some of the best.
The ideal candidate for this position has exceptional communication/customer service, sales and leadership skills and may have experience in Outside Sales/Canvassing. We will teach you all of the ins and outs of the industry…if you are driven to succeed! By simply meeting expectations, you can earn 105k/ YEAR!
Job description:
Neighborhood Canvassers on the Survey Assessment and Inspection Team Generate inspection opportunities by knocking neighborhood doors, through social media and your sphere of influence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Network with individuals and companies that could refer you leads.
• Set real-time inspections and appointments for Inspection Team.
• Understand the products and services we offer.
• Maintain CRM and other operations systems.
• Maintain positive mental attitude and pursue your goals!

Skills & Relative Experience:
• Highly personable and relational
• Strong track record of accomplishment getting the job done
• Organized and efficient to manage events and time

• Strong follow-up skills required
• Track record of exceptional customer service
• Able to handle multiple projects / tasks at one time
• Sales experience in roofing industry and knowledge of construction and/or building materials not necessary (but QUITE desirable)

Pay: $70,000-$105,000 per year
Benefits: Flexible schedule
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay
• Commission pay
Application Question(s):
• Applicant understands that position is COMMISSION ONLY and pays $50 per completed inspection draw against $500 per submitted insurance claim. Applicant also understands there is ability to move into Inspector (converts inspection to a claim and manages the customer and carrier relationship through the last steps of restoration build. $120-165k/yr)
